RECIPE
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh cilantro
*when in season 1 bunch fresh basil
2 green onions
1-2 lemons juiced
1 cup raw cashews soaked
1/3ish cup water (plus more as needed)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp coconut aminos
1/2 tsp sea salt
blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth & creamy. serve with seasonal spring veg.
