It truly is the perfect springtime dip.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Hit the farmer’s market and grab all the crunchy springtime veggies to dip in - radishes, carrots, snap peas, asparagus, turnips, oh my!

RECIPE
1 bunch fresh parsley⁣
1 bunch fresh cilantro ⁣
*when in season 1 bunch fresh basil
2 green onions⁣
1-2 lemons juiced
1 cup raw cashews⁣ soaked
1/3ish cup water (plus more as needed)⁣
2 cloves garlic⁣
1 tsp coconut aminos⁣
1/2 tsp sea salt ⁣⁣⁣

blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth & creamy. serve with seasonal spring veg. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
